As you see these guys take the stage remember that without an incredible support staff, making these shows happen would be close to impossible.  So when you are at an AFTER MIDNIGHT show and see some folks running around stretching cables, plugging things in, working the merchandise table and otherwise standing close to the stage with their arms crossed and keeping a watchful eye on things, please take the time to say thanks... without these ladies and gentlemen, it doesn't happen!
